Designated in 2005 as the first frontier “Community Center of Excellence in Women’s Health,” and recognition as the only site in Kansas and one of only forty in the country to receive a Rural Health Information Technology Network Development will allow us to create a unique information system with our community based partners. Additionally, one of our staff was recognized with a Robert Wood Johnson, Community Health Leader Award in 2011. Providers & Services
Two board-certified full-time physicians split responsibilities between clinics in Tribune and Sharon Springs. They are assisted by an array of nurse practitioners and physicians’ assistants as well as a behavioralist, two community health resource specialists, a physical therapist and a part-time surgeon. Respiratory therapy and cardiac rehabilitation are also offered.
Emergency transport services are available from highly qualified, certified EMT volunteers. Eagle-Med provides flight-for-life services from Tribune to locations throughout Kansas.

Long-Term Care
Built in 2000, a 32-bed long-term care unit offers warm, compassionate care for residents. The atmosphere provides residents and their families the peace of mind of quality care in a home-like atmosphere. In addition to long-term care, respite care and adult daycare are offered for those in need of a shorter stay.
Emergency Response
A number of highly-skilled, certified Emergency Medical Technicians and first-responders are quick to the scene of any crisis. Providing quality, responsive care, Greeley County EMS are trained to adjust to the needs of any patient.
For life-threatening situations, Eagle-Med is just a flight away. Frequently landing at the airport’s new million-dollar runway, patients are quickly lifted away to larger hospitals for critical care.
